Vision

Before 2024, Polk County will have an economic development environment that attracts quality businesses with higher paying jobs, improves productivity and retains our youth.

2005 Priority Strategies: The Steering Committee designated strategy 5 (found on page 20 of the Vision document) as the priority focus for the Economic Development Foundation.

2006 Priority Strategies: The Steering Committee designated strategies 2 and 6 (found on page 19-20 of the Vision document) as the priority focus for the Economic Development Foundation.

2007 Priority Strategies: The Steering Committee designated strategy 2 (found on page 19 of the Vision document) as an area of continued focus and strategy 3 (found on page 19 of the Vision document) as the priority focus for the Economic Development Foundation.
