The Key Benchmarks will be used to measure Polk Vision's progress each year. They will be used as a guide to tell us: a) when we are successful and can celebrate, or b) when we fall short and need to review, revise and refocus our action steps to accomplish the strategies. Achieving the Benchmarks will require us to work together in an unprecedented way on strategies in the six interdependent Foundations.
